Truth be told, I haven’t been back to the gym for about a month now. My M-W-F workout routine was disrupted by erratic schedules at work. Lately I’ve been with clients who seem to prefer unconventional hours…. I could change my gym schedule, I suppose, but there’s no telling when my work hours will “normalize”.

So mostly I’ve been walking and swimming whenever I can. But it’s frustrating because the workout’s just not the same. At best it’s only about an hour each time, but I don’t really get to exercise enough.

I’ve also been trying to keep doing my abs workout at home. But it’s just not the same. As I’ve mentioned in a previous post, I used to do abs exercises together with the aerobics classes. That way, you get challenged to keep up or do better.

Maybe I could start working out in the morning instead….
