Weight loss dilemma
The dilemma of whether to lose weight or not is becoming a major issue with everyone. Everyone, irrespective of whether it is a man, woman, teenager, all worry about their weight and are always concerned about the fact that should they lose weight or not. When at times weight loss becomes an essential health requirement, at other times it might also be the cause of different accidents and can even result in deaths. So it is important to find out if you actually need to lose weight or not.
Losing weight is something that cannot be forced on you. It is your own personal choice. Although if you are more than 20 pounds over weight depending on your body mass and structure, then it becomes a major health requirement to lose weight.
Most people have made other people as their ideals and role models. If one your favorite actors or models are thinner than you, people will feel the urge to lose weight. This is totally wrong and ridiculous. Famous people who need to look good on camera have proper coaches and dieticians to guide them in their weight maintenance. You might not have that privilege and might find yourself in a very uncomfortable situation.
Most people think they need to lose weight simply because they just put some on. That might not be the case. It is important to first look at the factors as to why there was an increase in weight. It is important to see if the weight gain is due to increase in you height and see if other parts of your body is also growing up. If that is the case then you do not need to lose weight as it happened due to your growing period. It is also at times that other people might make rude comments at you and you start feeling insecure about your weight. This should not be the case. You should not just lose weight because some cruel person mocked you. You should really analyze your situation before you actually start a deadly crash diet.
